Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

1. Exchange of Equipment:

   • Equipment can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

2. Refunds:

   • Refunds are only available within 30 days from the purchase date. After this period, no refund or exchange will be granted.

3. Return Conditions:

   • For a product to be eligible for an exchange, it must be returned in its original condition:
     • All pieces must be included with the tags intact.
     • Returned in the same packaging it was received.
     • No signs of use (such as scratches, dents) should be present on the product.

4. Non-Eligible Products:

   • We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used or are no longer in the condition as received.

5. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products:

   • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
